App Overview

The primary aim of this application is to transition from traditional paper receipts to digital receipts, simplifying receipt management. Our goal is to create a mobile app that greatly facilitates the process of collecting donations. Through this app, we aim to streamline and enhance the ease of managing donations from devotees, preachers, executives, and account managers.

Dashboard

Allows the preacher to access executive IDs and update information regarding total donations received and their details.

View Executives

• Allows the preacher to create new executive IDs.
• Access details of executives like name, email, number, donations received by an executive, etc.

Donations

• Includes the details of donations, including the name of the donor and the amount of the donation made.
• Filter donations on the basis of who made the donation: the preacher or the executive.

Create Donation

Allows the preacher to create new donations.

DashBoard

• Track the total number of donations received.
• Filter donations accordingly on a monthly or annual basis.
• View the total number of Executives made.
• View the total number of Accounts Manager made.
• View the total number of Preachers made.

View & Create Preacher

Allows the admin or accounts manager to view the details of existing preachers or create new ones.

View & Create Executives

Allows the admin or accounts manager to view the details of existing Executives or create new ones.

Transfer Roles

Allows the admin to transfer roles of account managers, preachers, or executives.

View Donations

• Record the total number of donations.
• Allows access to view details of the preacher, account manager, and executive.
• Track the number of donations made by the preacher, account manager, and executive, respectively.
• View/download receipts of donations made by the preacher, account manager, and executive.
